The food forest offers everything you need from organically grown fresh vegetables and fruit, refined-sugar free jams and pie filling, dried fruit, sprouted nuts and seeds, and more! Lale specializes in sprouted, stoneground nut butter (sprouted walnut butter, activated hazelnut butter, sprouted chocolate hazelnut butter, and stoneground pumpkin seed butter)! It's the best in the West! We can custom make raw cakes and baked cakes, cashew "cheeze" cakes, pies, superfood chocolate, energy bars, and anything else that your heart can dream up.
