Gypsy Bee Farm is a Certified Organic Farm located in the Illinois Valley. The farm produces in-season organic vegetables, fruits, honey, handmade skincare, soaps, and herbal salves. Owners Paul & Shannon Dillon have been working on this farm since 1988. They deeply respect the land and the high-quality, nutritious food it produces and love to share its bounty with others.
