In 2009, while fighting and winning my battle with breast cancer, I decided to start Sherry's Pasta. In order to get the funds to buy a professional pasta machine, I sold my wakeboarding boat and began my venture. Drawing on my experience working in restaurants, and as a cook for tree-planting and firefighting crews in the wilds of British Columbia, I was able to put all my self-taught skills to work. However, my culinary journey has expanded beyond pasta. Now, I'm crafting delicious pestos and vibrant chimichurri, bringing a taste of my passion to the tables of Southern Oregon. My goal is to share the flavors I've developed, offering the community the same care and dedication I poured into every strand of pasta, now in every jar and blend.
